We are happy to announce Raceweek will be rolling into Edmonton September 1 – 5. Raceweek features two international sporting events, Tour of Alberta and ITU World Triathlon, taking place over the Labour Day long weekend.
Together with the 4th Street Promenade, EEDC has partnered with Yardstick to celebrate Raceweek with a street party. 104 street from Jasper Ave to 102 Ave will be closed, Saturday, August 27, from 6:30pm – 10:30pm.
The sidewalks will not be impacted, and we will be calling it a night at 10:30pm. To get in the spirit we are encouraging everyone to ride their bikes down, in true Raceweek fashion. If you have any questions, please contact Moirae Choquette, EEDC 780-932-3701.
